These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 368bd platform and its users. By creating an account on 368bd, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. You should not use the platform without reading and understanding these Terms. If anything is unclear, please contact the support team.

368bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.

To open an account and use services on 368bd, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must create an account under your own identity — creating an account under someone else's name or a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• You must be eligible to participate in online gaming under the laws of your country.
• Self-excluded individuals may not create an account.

It is mandatory to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on 368bd. Creating an account with false information may result in the account being closed and deposited funds may not be returned.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure safe and transparent services, 368bd may request identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any time. This may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if KYC is not completed.

3.2 Account Security

You must keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 368bd support immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

368bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Harmful behaviour towards other users
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Operating multiple accounts

All financial transactions on 368bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For safe and fast transactions, we support the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800

4.2 Processing Times

Deposit requests are generally processed instantly. Withdrawal requests are usually completed within 5–30 minutes, though identity verification or other security checks may add time.

4.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions

• The deposit account and withdrawal account must be in the same name.
• Depositing or withdrawing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• At least one deposit transaction must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• 368bd reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.

Specific conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on 368bd. Accepting a bonus means you agree to these conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = you must place ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, a VPN, or the same device is prohibited.
• 368bd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules must be followed when participating in casino games, sports betting, slots, and other games on 368bd.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games and betting are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. The platform uses secure SSL encryption and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs
• Gaining unfair advantage by operating games as a group (collusion)
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Misconduct towards other players

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete or displays an incorrect result due to a technical error, 368bd reserves the right to void that round and return the staked amount. Any winnings resulting from a technical error are not valid.

368bd's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Higher tiers are reached through regular play.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback benefits apply to active accounts only. 368bd reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

• If you yourself compromise the security of your account
